PNP Canada programs allow Canadian provinces to nominate individuals for immigration to their province based on criteria set by the provincial government. Successful applicants obtain a provincial nomination, which may then be used to apply to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residence.

What is the Express Entry Stream of PNP?
The federal express entry system is in line with the Express Entry stream. In accordance with this stream, Canadian provinces may choose applicants from the express entry pool and invite them to apply through their respective Provincial Nominee Programs.

Which PNP Requires the Lowest IELTS Score?
Out of all the Canadian provinces, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, both have the lowest IELTS requirements.

An important criterion for selection in Canada’s immigration process is the IELTS (International English Language Testing System). Based on the results of the IELTS Test, the immigration authorities determine a candidate’s level of English ability. IELTS is a test of English language ability that is widely acknowledged.

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) of the Canadian province of Saskatchewan allows applicants who do not meet the minimum IELTS score standards. A minimum IELTS CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) 4 score is required for the SINP. A low IELTS level, or a CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) 4 score, is also required by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) of Manitoba Province.
